UCR Alumna Yadi MothYadi Moth ('04 Biology) is a Los Angeles-based innovator and designer. While at UCR she always had a strong desire to become an entrepreneur. Her degree in biology helped her do just that. Yadi developed Slip N' Toss, a biodegradable, light, emergency footwear that is designed to give relief from shoe discomfort and harsh environments such as airport security lines. The product made its debut at an Oscar party held at NBC/Universal Studios last spring. Prior to developing Slip N' Toss, Yadi held positions at startup and Fortune 500 companies, but her drive, tenacity, and vision took her beyond those companies where she could move to the next level. In addition to Slip N' Toss, Yadi currently has two additional products that are undergoing a patent process.
